Sealed pressure balance valve
FS01 adopts an automatic pressure balance valve design, which can automatically adjust the internal air pressure when encountering temperature difference or altitude change. The ABS material used in this product is matched with the sealing ring system to make the valve response time less than 10 seconds, ensuring that the pressure difference between the box and the outside is ≤3kPa, maintaining the sealing and opening convenience.
Reinforced overlap structure
The box design adopts four-corner reinforcement ribs and top concave-convex overlap structure, which supports the maximum vertical pressure of 25kg of the box without using additional fixing belts. The standard stacking pressure test is 20–40kg/cm², reducing the risk of multi-box transportation in the supply chain.
Wide temperature material stability
ABS material combined with sealing ring maintains stable performance in the temperature range of -40℃ to +80℃. This temperature zone has been used for more than 1,000 closed cycles without breakage or sealing failure, and the temperature difference cycle stress is ≤5MPa. In addition, the dimensional change of ABS material is less than 0.3% under ultraviolet and humid conditions.
Anti-theft padlock hole
The FS01 cabinet is designed with two standard 7mm padlock holes to meet the purchaser's anti-tampering and anti-theft requirements. The structure around the padlock hole is enhanced, and the outer diameter of the force point is thickened to 1.5 times the wall thickness, which improves the shear and tensile resistance. The industry shear resistance standard is 1000N, and the actual shear resistance value of FS01 is tested to reach 1200N; the tensile values are all higher than 1500N, providing additional safety for on-site use.
